Nerf Zombie Strike Hammershot
Nerf Zombie Strike Hammershot
The Zombie Apocalypse. Everyone knows it’s coming, right? It is inevitable. So then why be unprepared? Why leave yourself vulnerable? Don’t be caught off guard. Suit up and equip the Nerf Zombie Strike Hammershot Blaster blaster now!
Here we have a revolving Nerf blaster with five chambers in the cylinder. The unit is very solidly constructed overall. There is a tactical rail on top for Nerf gun attachments and the gun also has a sling attachment point on the handle. The handle is firm, with a good grip, and allows for quick draws. Once in your hand, it shoots off each of the five included elite class darts about as fast as you can pull the trigger and accurately hits ranges well beyond 60 feet. To fire the Nerf Zombie Strike Hammershot, first load the five darts. You have to front-load each dart into its own chamber. Then, you can reach up with your thumb and pull the hammer all the way back. Next, just pull the trigger. You’re good to go. But why stop there? What is your other hand doing while you’re firing off these darts? Pointing? Posing? Air guitar? More than likely, it’s doing absolutely nothing. Time to double up. That’s right, the Hammershot can be primed and fired with only one hand, allowing for dual-wielding of blasters. So grab a second one and let loose a barrage of foam at the undead hordes, or whoever your enemy happens to be at the moment.
As far as the design, I LOVE the way the Nerf Zombie Strike Hammershot looks. I find it to be a very nice, rugged looking weapon. I love the worn and weathered looking wooden handle, wrapped up in taping. I love the painted on Z reticle-design emblem. The large amount of orange paint is new and different. The whole shape and coloring of this gun just goes great together and I find it to be quite fantastic overall. For some reason it reminds me of something out of the Borderlands video game. This design was so good that a slightly modified version was re-used for the Hammershot “sister-blaster,” the Nerf Rebelle Sweet Revenge Dart Kit for girls. One for you and one for her. Husband and wife blasters, maybe? Or boyfriend and girlfriend, brother-sister, whatever. There’s about to be a Nerf War of the sexes!
If you do decide to get the Nerf Zombie Strike Hammershot, and you should, you’re definitely going to need to pick up some extra darts. You’re always going to want more ammo whenever you buy a Nerf gun. These darts are going to disappear. I don’t know how. I don’t know why. I don’t know when or where they go. But I do know they definitely go. Luckily for us, they make all sorts of dart refill packs. They even make a specifically designed Nerf Zombie Strike Dart Refill Pack with a matching color and theme. They work with all of your other blasters, too. Zombie Strike or N-Strike Elite, it makes no difference. The darts are sturdy and precise and comparable to the blue N-Strike Elite darts.
