If you know, you know. When I first saw the Nerf Motoblitz, it immediately reminded me of the old Nerf Rayven masterkey integration mods that everyone used to do. They'd take a Nerf Elite Rayven, throw a Nerf N-Strike Longstrike barrel on it and attach a Nerf Mega Magnus under-barrel with the pistol grip sawed off. It was so epic and I loved seeing the results every time someone would do that.
Now, years later, Nerf has finally caught on and is making one of their own. Every big company with a cult following of modders and tinkerers eventually "borrows" ideas from the group of followers they pretend not to notice. It's great when that happens, even though the original creators of the "mod" or whatever idea is taken.... they don't usually get credit.
Sometimes they do, though, I mean look at Captain Slug, creator of the Caliburn. He's the most recent example of people getting rewarded for their hard work. He created this awesome aftermarket Nerf blaster that everyone loved and now I heard he's actually working at Buzz Bee. Congrats, dude. I hope you make something special happen over there.
Damn, that was a long rant. Anyway, fellow Nerfers, the Motoblitz is awesome. It's a lot of fun to use and it doesn't have that same fugly design as the rest of the Nerf guns from the Elite 2.0 lineup. It also uses a pressurized air system to shoot a volley of darts from its masterkey shotgun attachment and that is epic. We haven't seen Nerf use this tech too much in a good long while.
This is a highly modded select-fire Nerf Rapidstrike hitting at above 100+ FPS, painted in the black and yellow Nerf Rayven Stinger colors, fitted with a JS Black Tech augmented reality smart scope, and powered by a 3S LiPo battery. Perfect
Okay, this Nerf gun doesn't look much like a SCAR. It looks like some weird mix of the SCAR, the HK416, and even a little bit of an ACR. If you can get past that, this is a pretty tacti-cool rifle that includes a foregrip, scope, and 3 mags
Nerf hit the ground running with their rapidly growing line of "Orbeez" shooting gel blasters. The Gelfire Legion is the first spring-action blaster in the lineup, but it's no slouch. It features a 130 round hopper and even has Slam-Fire!
If you show up on any spectrum, let it be the Dart Zone Spectrum. This motorized blaster is often referred to as the "Stryfe killer" and nearly lives up to the hype. If you don't plan on modding, the Spectrum is actually the better buy.
On eBay right now you will find what I refer to as my "Great White Buffalo." This is the Nerf gun that has eluded me forever, the one that got away. The Crimson Longshot is the rarest and most sacred of all of the Nerf Longshot blasters...
The Rex-Rampage is a semi-automatic9, mag-fed flywheel Nerf blaster that comes with an integrated scope, thumbhole stock with dart storage, and a custom 10 round magazine. Oh, and it also looks like a freakin' Tyrannosaurus Rex dinosaur!
The Nerf Fortnite Dual Pack includes 2 Fortnite based Nerf guns, including a modern-ish Colt 1911 pistol and an old-fashioned flintlock pistol, better known as the "Flint-Knock Pistol" in-game. And, yes, Captain Jack Sparrow approves.
Resistance is Futile! For a Star Trek fan who also likes to Nerf, this might be too irresistible. This Nerf bundle comes with a motorized Type 3 Phaser rifle with 5-dart internal magazine and a front-loaded pull-to prime Type 2 Phaser.
The Fire Phoenix is a Nerf gun pistol that fires half-length darts and feeds magazines in through the pistol grip. This is a "cheaper alternative" (aka knockoff) to the premium ZWQ S200 Fire Rat blaster. The benefit is it's MUCH cheaper.
